Description
Pazo Torrado is an old building from the second half of the 18th century, which belonged to Sir. Joaquín Antonio Torrado, the mayor of Cambados and one of the proponents of the resistance by the region of Salnés against the French invasion in 1809. There are components that were originally part of the structure that El Pazo still keeps alive, such as the gardens, dovecote, raised granary, skid, and the old hearth.
As of August of 2005, it became part of the district's museum network, in addition to being used as a temporary exhibit hall.
